Quality care review & (QA)

From the outset, we suggest and agree a quality assessment (QA) program with you.

Our unique quality care review is completed by you at either one, two or three monthly intervals with a representative from your company and the customer account manager (CAM) allocated for your facility.

This gives an opportunity to evaluate  our service and monitor feedback and building on our strength of customer relations. This evaluation will also help to maintain the performance level to your satisfaction and beyond.

Inspection and audit reports

Part of our quality assurance system is that we routinely inspect and audit your office or building and review our findings. These inspection reports become part of your account file and are used to monitor standards and if necessary, modify your customer cleaning schedule.

That’s why on a periodic basis we leave this sheet at each desk throughout your facility. We want to know your employees or tenant’s evaluation of the job in hand as well as listening to their suggestions on how your building can be better served.

This information will be collated monthly and assessed at your quality care review, translating clearly into customer success.
