Scot Kleens comprehensive training begins when the member of staff’s induction is complete. Our commitment is to our staff’s ongoing development and training throughout their time with the company, including SVQ’s, BICS “British Institute of Cleaning Science”, and combined Health and Safety Training with approved certifications.
Staff reviews and appraisals take place every six months.
